The consultancy has an average predicted duration of 1:30h, but not a maximum duration. The commitment is that the conversation will only end when all doubts are clarified.

You need a good internet connection and a device with microphone and camera. It can be a computer, tablet or even a mobile phone. Although this service is more effective when done using video, it's not mandatory to have a webcam.

The consultancies will be conducted by Architect Patrícia Casanova, whom you can get to know better on this site in the “The Person” section or see on YouTube channel's weekly informative content share.

Payment will be requested in the confirmation email of your scheduling and should be made at most 24h before the event date. If payment is not made within those limits, the scheduling will be considered null and void.

No. If an unforeseen situation arises and you cannot attend on the scheduled date, you must notify with 24h in advance and we will proceed to reschedule.

If you want to cancel your consultancy and do not choose the rescheduling option, you must always communicate it with 48h in advance so that the date becomes available again for others.
