A house that opened up a whole new world! 350 km from my hometown, this opportunity emerged, a house, a project, a learning experience, and a gateway to a new region. This 20-year-old apartment was habitable but unsuitable for its new owners. Despite its T3 layout and 120m², it felt too fragmented and compartmentalized, making it essential to eliminate unnecessary divisions, open up spaces, and create a more fluid living experience. The proposal focused on redefining the entryway, redesigning the bathrooms, and creating an open, bright, and dynamic common area. The once underutilized atrium space was integrated into the home, enhancing the living area and adding value to the overall layout. This project faced the unique challenge of working within an interior "box," restricted by the existing building structure, while still managing to completely transform the space into a home that perfectly fits the lifestyle of a young couple. With creativity, dedication, and a transformative mindset, there are no limits, we can reinvent any home!
